I thought the steamed rice would be bland but it's packed with flavor from the sauce. The side of Sd Ramen Noodle is better than it has any business being for just a 'basic' side dish. I paired it with a medium, jammy Soy Egg ( 1pc) and the flavor was fantastic. Slightly sweet and savory and cooked to perfection. The noodles had a wonderful springiness to them and are the best Ramen noodles I've had south of Atlanta. They were very chopstick/slurp-friendly as well. Menu price to overall quality was embarrassing. If I wanted boxed/bagged frozen Chinese, I would have went to Walmart or Kroger and saved myself a lot of money.
