"The restaurant is kind of like a buffet or cafeteria, so the food you get is just taken off there instead of made fresh. My plates were supposed to come with two scoops of Java rice, but they came with one scoop of white rice. The chicken also wasn't cooked properly, so it was tough on the outside and still red inside. Pancit is okay, lumpia is baby half pieces and wasn't worth $11 for 10 pieces. I wouldn't order here again."

I had the pancit bihon and sinigang na baboy, I was not expecting anything special knowing that usually the other filipino restaurants do not have enough vegetables in their food and portions were small. I was delighted when I opened the container that was delivered! Pancit bihon was filled with vegetables, shrimps, chicken, squid balls, etc! And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency.
