"I ordered a 12" sausage and mushroom square cut pizza. It did not come with square cut pieces. Toppings were rather sparse especially the mushrooms that I paid $1.60 for. Only three slices had mushrooms that could be found. There was about an inch and a half margin of crust all the way around before the toppings began. The crust was not evenly the same thickness. It did taste good though. Doordash delivery was great."

"We would have given 5 stars, but we ordered 3 Smokehouse burgers all different levels of doneness and the packages weren't marked, we had to cut open the burgers to figure out one from the other. Also 2 of them had lettuce, tomato & onion, the third burger had no tomato & onion which I didn't care about anyway. They also screwed up the order by bringing a side of fries instead of potato salad for one of the burgers Otherwise, the burgers were juicy and well flavored. The sweet potato fries were good. The onion rings were tasty, but next time I'll have to ask for them extra crispy. Overall we were pleased and will most likely order again in the future."

"Chesecake is plain, no strawberries or syrup. Classic Cheesesteak is pre good where they put sauce, anywhere on the cheesesteak that doesn't have sauce is dry and crunchy. If you order onion rings and want a dipping sauce other than ketchup you will want to order a dipping sauce as well, the onion rings are extra dry and crunchy more like funions. The mozzarella sticks are mozzarella sticks, not great not terrible. Smashed Shroom & Swiss Burger the patties are so dry they crunch. Honestly if you like crap good for a high price, just order mcdonalds. It will be less crappy and cheaper. "

I ordered the roast beef and cheese on garlic bread specifically because it’s supposed to be toasted and crispy....yet the bread was soft, soggy, and soaked through. It was honestly inedible. I can’t believe I paid almost $50 for a sandwich and a salad to be delivered in this condition. I was genuinely looking forward to a meal I normally enjoy, only to be completely disgusted. The only reason I paid extra for garlic bread was to avoid exactly this issue, so receiving a soggy, mushy mess was ridiculous and unacceptable. Never again. Festus Imo’s should be ashamed of this level of quality."
