"After everything seemed to be going good .. prep times good, delivery time good so, I expected everything to be an acceptable temperature. Let's start with the New Big Breakfast Burrito I didnt intitally come to get but Im glad I did they were delicious and I enjoyed every bite while I wrote this. The fruit salad was great I made some typos and ate that too but Im sad to say I had to give one star not because my Hot Chocolate was missing but because the Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy was cold!! Not warm, not maybe it's been sitting, not heated up at ALL if you ask me! Then, to add insult to injury they gave me a small dipping cup of it and even IF it's the correct size it was HALF way filled. I only choose IHop because of the Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy I LOVE IT and atleast know how it's supposed to be served."

As a barista, I was annoyed that the matcha was not properly mixed/incorporated, so I was drinking entire clumps . The latkes were really small, cold, and hard (our delivery did not take that long and was not far) and had a strong stale/old oil flavor. The bagel was also stale and not toasted as requested (which I think would have fixed the staleness a lot lol). I do hope maybe it was just a bad/busy morning, but I can't say I'll be back since there are places that are more consistent for what I'm paying. The iced coffee was good though."
