"This is always hit or miss, and it's so disappointing when it's a miss. When it's the right cook it's made well. Today was not, it wasn't pot roast at all. It was meat and gravy with one single carrot slice and a few tiny bits of potato. No onions celery or other ingredients. Also they consistently forget to put the cornmuffin in with any to go meal. Salad also one single cucumber slice (although that is standard for them) "
