"I read a review by someone saying try the Egusi Soup especially if you've never had it, and I can confirm that it's delicious. We also had the chicken, red snapper, plantain and rice. This food was amazing! The owner and her sous chef were so beautiful and kind. Definitely a "Must Try" type of experience. "
"I was nervous to try since I'm so used to staying in my comfort zone but I've been seeing people eat this on YouTube and it looked SO GOOD! Totally recommend if you're trying for the first time! The food is delicious and the fufu is soft and melts in your mouth! I was worried I wouldn't have enough fufu but I was give a big piece and I'm thoroughly impressed! Super glad I tried!"

"Well seasoned but very overpriced for what it is. Most of the chicken pieces are tiny scraps of meat attached to large amounts of bone or cartilage so it seems like a larger portion than it actually is."
"This place is AWESOME!!!!
I tried this place on a whim and then I ended up ordering from this place a bunch of times ever since---and it always hits
My go to is the Goat Stew or Egusi with two balls of FUFU
I also ALWAYS get the fried tilapia and a couple meat pies
This food is very much comfort food but it is also organic and incredibly healthy. They have vegan/vegetarian options and they're just as good.
If you like unique, interactive food, try this place. Since eating here, I've tried other west African places but none of them come close to matching the quality here.
Very good prices. Very filling.
If you've never eaten West African food, especially dishes that are paired with FuFu, search it on YouTube. You can just search "FuFu mukbang" and you'll see right away the correct way to pair FuFu with your stew.
This is great food for kids because they can use their hands"

"Love this place and the people here. I always order the vegetarian sampler/combo, and it never misses. Plenty of protein, plenty of flavor. "
"Everything tastes good. 6. Veggie Combo should be called Lentils plus as very little gomen, or tikle gomen. At least there was a decent portion of Fosoli. "Doro Wot Key /Chicken Spicy was delicious with just enough heat that I was happy to have the cottage cheese included as a side. Their Tikel Gommen (Vegetarian - cabbage and carrots) was really tasty and the portion large enough to be a side for two or having leftovers."

"I am very particular about my cachapas and these are the best ones I have had that wasn't just corn kernels thrown into pancake mix. You can tell these are authentic. The tequeños are delicious. The carne en vara is not dried out and the cochino frito still retains a lot of its texture with the right amount of crunch. The plates they serve are big and they don't skimp on portions. The only time I get sad is when there is no more Frescolita and I get a orange soda instead but overall, this restaurant never disappoints if you're looking for authentic Venezuelan food. Highly recommend to get jugo de parchita or mora while you're in the restaurant so it doesn't get watered down during delivery."

The Mofongo Bowl and the Mofongo are excellent, I would recommend everything on the menu with my eye's close. I would order again."
"Absolutely the most skillfully made authentic Puerto Rican food made with heart. It is reliably made well and balanced; unlike some other Puerto Rican food in Phoenix one cannot be sure if its going to be over-cooked or over-seasoned. Not so at Phoenix Coqui; always always excellent.

"It was genuinely the best food I have had since I was a young boy, it is such an underrated place, if I went to ASU I would come every single day, genuinely transforming."
"Extremely disappointing experience with Pepper Lunch.
I ordered the JUMBO Beef Pepper Rice with extra green onions, egg, and sliced onions. The dish alone cost $22.43, and my total DoorDash bill was $33.06.
What arrived was a small, underwhelming portion consisting mostly of rice, a limited amount of beef, and some corn. The added egg and sliced onions were not clearly identifiable. For a dish advertised as "JUMBO," the actual portion was shockingly disappointing and looked nothing like the generous serving pictured on the menu.
Charging premium prices while delivering such poor portion value is unacceptable. I expected a substantial beef rice meal, not a mostly rice-filled takeout bowl.
Terrible value for money. I would not order from this restaurant again and cannot recommend it."

"I've ordered from Rio a few times now. The slow braised chicken is a new thing I crave, and it's very good in the Double Enchiladas and the quesadilla! Highly recommend. However in most of my orders they have forgotten something or gotten something wrong. Other than that, my food has always been delicious and well made, the portions are always reasonable, and I would order again knowing the risk.
I love the mint limeade, the queso, and the tomatillo ranch is fantastic."

The Mac and cheese is actually cheesy and the yams is yamming like it's my birthday, and the ribs, yea.... somebody is not playing in the kitchen. Worth every dollar!! "This is literally my FAVORITE Mexican food restaurant! The Pollo Con Pollo Con Queso is my go to EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME it slaps hard (in the best way possible!). The flavors pop so magnificently with the jalapeño cream cheese and seasoned shredded chicken. I even got my best friend addicted to that meal as well, and my Hispanic boyfriend steals bites of mine every time we order. He told me tonight that next time, he's getting the Pollo Con Queso too haha. What can I say? It's absolutely delicious! My boyfriend also enjoys the mini chimichangas (his usual go-to pick at Ajo's). They include chips and salsa which is always a huge plus as well. I truly look forward to this meal every time we can afford it. Honestly such a treat! Happy eating everyone and thank you, Ajo Al's for always being consistent with your yumminess. :) (it was so good I ate it before snapping a picture! However, I never leave reviews, so this long review should be proof enough that this place is amazeballs. :)"
"The absolute smallest portion of steak I have even seen on a plate of fajitas. For $24 per order (we got 2) we couldn't even get 2 fajitas per container. In addition to the lacking of meat, it also lacked flavor. Veggies were fresh but that's about all this order had in its favor. Ajo Al's was a family favorite for years but the last few orders there and togo have been a let down."

"Love this place. Authentic Mexican dishes. The Mexican flavors and seasonings are so mouth watering. I'm reminded of my abuelita and the wonderful smells in her kitchen. 6. Tamale and Enchilada both perfectly done. Masa was tender, meat tender, red enchilada sauce so good. Rice n beans not dry. Portions were filling. Packaging and delivery were handled with care."
"SO GOOD! A friend suggested this place to me, and its amazing! The 5. Two Tacos were crispy and the meat was delicious, and the Garlic Cream Chicken Enchiladas are to die for. This is my new go-to place. "

"When delivered, the cheese enchilada and refried beans were hot as if they were just brought out of Rito's kitchen to my table. The chips were crispy and fresh. The hot sauce has a great kick, but was not overwhelmingly spicy. I love enchiladas, and these were some of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend Rito's Market & Mexican Take Out! Delicious!!"

"the honey chicken is really delicious!"
"I love going there but their to-go team should improve the followings,
1. There should be dipping sauce included as the meats are usually no flavor;
2. The 5 tiny pieces of pickles should not have been charged so much; it's free when you dine in;
3. The box should be sealed with a sticker because I don't know who's delivering my food and what if this smell made them hungry enough to open it and take a bite?
But I loved the delivery bag, so cute! Utensils are great too!

"Chick'n Nugg Bites - Super inconsistent, and and disappointing. They were greasy, spongy and raw in the middle.
Also, they are supposed to come over fries, but if you add a side of (expensive) brussel sprouts the leave them out.
I gave this place three tries, but I will not be spending another +$20 on this place."
"Absolutely phenomenal - adding a patty to your west coast / east coast fries etc is worth it, even as its own meal. They seared / charred the patty really well and chopped it up on top. Bless y'all. Everything was very fresh and I cannot wait to be back with a very special someone"
