"Naturally, I always read reviews... especially on behalf of Dashed Chipotle.... and having the most recent review address how cold the food AND MEAT were and then my entire order be the most disgusting and disrespectful thing I have ever ordered is INSANE. I only ordered hoping that the rating would be a different story, but no. This chipotle deserves less than zero stars. My burrito was actually freezing. Not just cold, but like it was chilled in the freezer and then given to the driver and delivered to me. The tacos' MEAT WAS NOT EVEN CUT UP?????? It was ONE HUGE CHUNK in each taco 1) taking up the entire taco so toppings could hardly be added and 2) so the toppings that were added weren't even IN the shell, just slammed on top, creating a disgusting mess upon trying to open the foil. What is even more fun is how all three taco shells had been split right down the middle :) The side of queso that is like $5 was put into the smallest side container and was not the actual serving size ORDERED. I am FURIOUS. Me and my children waited almost an hour for arrival and to have to throw our entire $60 worth of food into the trash and have our time wasted while visiting Pigeon Forge is just... I hope this chipotle and every other chipotle that has ONLY gone down hill gets it together or CLOSES. Never, ever ordering Chipotle again. In person OR ON DOORDASH. I just like when the cheese gets really brown and bubbly on top hench why I ordered it well done. The crust itself was missing a bit of salt and maybe a bit of butter on the pan? It was sort of bland. I think it's personal preference and growing up on 90's Pizza Hut thin n crispy pizza that makes me feel this way though. I would still order the thin crust again as it wasn't bad, just not my perfect idea of a 10/10 thin crust pizza. I'm not a big fan of a lot of sauce on pizza. For me, the light amount I asked for was perfect. It was a light thin layer of red sauce, nothing too saucy or messy. The only issue is because of the way I ordered I couldn't get a true feel for the flavor of the sauce, but that's not really a problem for me. It's only an issue for the sauce lovers reading the reviews lol! You can ask for extra sauce though if you are an extra saucey person. The veggies were fresh and I enjoyed the way they sliced the veggies vs dicing them. Nothing was over-powering. Everything was balanced. That seems to be a challenge for most pizza joints when it comes to banana peppers especially but this place was mindful of that and for me, they added the perfect amount. About every 3 bites I got a banana pepper. I would order again for sure. Maybe not everytime I want pizza but often enough to where I would put this place on my normal rotation."
