Hot and Sour Soup: The Hot and Sour Soup was ok. The ingredients were there, however, the flavor was bland and disappointing. It lacked the heat and spice that is indicative of the traditional dish. The broth seemed watered down. I added my own spices to elevate the flavor & it was pretty good. I would recommend it."
