There wasn't a way to remove toppings unless indicated in special requests, which in my experience, is always overlooked."

"The food was alright, but the sides that came with the Fried or Baked Chicken 12 pc. Mixed Family Meal were super tiny. Barely enough for an individual, let alone a family. We also didn't get the bread that's supposed to come with the order. The Banana Pudding and Apple Dumplings were great, though. Overall, it was disappointing."
