I asked for the eggs over easy, they all came with fully hard yolks, which I don't like. They have a bunch of customization options but seem to ignore the things you select. I asked for the bacon well done, it wasn't. I paid extra for the home fries to be cooked with veggies, and also asked for them to be crispy, and those weren't honored either. Fairly disappointing overall, but it'll do in a pinch. Not sure I'd order again."

The Cheese Omelet with hash browns had good flavor and it seems like the hash browns are made in house (not those prepackaged frozen hashbrowns) as they were light and fluffy. We ordered rye toast and it seems like not only did they substitute the toast for white but it was burned and inedible. We ordered the Belgium Waffle which had great flavor but the whipped cream ordered on the side and powdered sugar weren't included and no syrup was either. Bacon was ordered crispy and prepared perfectly. Cream Cheese was just a single, standard packet of cream cheese. Never used it because toast was burnt so can't comment on it. Portion size was good, 2 sets of plastic utensils were included but we would have much preferred the order to be correct with necessary inclusions like syrup than utensils. Food also arrived cold. Overall not sure I would order again or recommend it."
