The food itself is genuinely excellent, flavorful and well prepared, but when ordering something like a family combo, it’s difficult to justify the cost when it feels like the meal is mostly rice with very little protein. A better balance across all portion sizes, small, large, and family, would make a significant difference. I want to emphasize that I truly enjoy the food, and the owners come across as kind and welcoming. That’s exactly why I felt it was worth mentioning. I just ask that you please consider adjusting the protein portions so the meals feel more complete and aligned with the price."

Hushpuppies (10) are kinda a let down, I mean they're ok, but I've had some in the past that were twice the size and lots of flavor, the blue cheese dressing isn't right, maybe a sweet chili sauce or boom boom. The Fruit Punch is pretty basic, Hi-c probably, definitely not Hawaiian Punch. The B7. Coleslaw gets a NO from me, its off tasting."
