"Ordered the Bacon Mac & Cheese and the Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT, both with a baguette. The Bacon Mac & Cheese was supposed to come in a bread bowl. I received a tiny cup of it and didn't even get the baguette that was supposed to come with it. No utensils either. Luckily DoorDash refunded me but now I have to wait for another order to get here, and it won't be from Panera.
Other than that somehow the order was messed up (because even the receipt is pretty clear on what is supposed to be in the bag), the food tasted good and the baguette was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and everything was still warm and fresh, but the Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT was not toasted. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be though.
The mess up is the only time I've had an issue from Panera, but the level of how badly messed up this was makes me hesitant to order there again without expecting yet another missing item and extremely incorrect portion size."
