Pinchos / Shish Kebad was OMG mouth watering delicious!! I haven't had Pinchos this GOOD, this delicious since I was little in PR. I LOVE the fact that they really are a duplicate of the OG Pinchos from PR, except it doesn't include the bread but with these Pinchos, the meat is high quality, big chunks delivering mouth watering deliciousness in every bite with onions & peppers that are seared perfectly, allowing me to go back in time to the days La Marginal was THE IT place to get the best pinchos on the island. I'm very grateful for this place & I hope they continue to bring Puerto Rico's delicious cuisine as it should be- with mad crazy flavor & authenticity. PS- Also BIG THANKS for accommodating my requests for the different dishes!! That's another plus, they allow special requests AND they actually grant the requests, unlike many other Restaurants."
