The shell, which normally comes in a separate bag, came already filled with the salad which meant it was soggy. The steak was so overcooked I could hardly chew it. The lettuce was wilted and stringy. It no longer comes with refried beans. Please return to the way you did it everytime I've ordered in the past - salad and shell in a separate container, fresh diced tomatoes on the salad, and a layer of refried beans."
