It was moist, the texture was there, and the flan on top was nice and eggy---not too sweet (which I liked)--but if I am being honest it tasted like whatever else was in the fridge/cooler with it, more than any. The horchata was decent; no complaints. Like I said originally, the food tasted good, but there were things holding it back from truly shining, and things that could really turn first-time customers off.
