"the Trumoo Milk wasn't even Trumoo Milk . it was HEB Milk which I can get cheaper from the store. they do not give you an actual option for chocolate milk or whole milk, so make sure you do a special request on each bottle you get. the donuts have been awful both times I have gotten their food. they taste like the smell of nail polish and coconut when they absolutely shouldn't. they are stale as all get out. and I'm not talking just dried after being made. I'm talking like days old stale. the eclairs were probably the worst part. they taste like spoiled coffee and nail polish. they were also stale. the cream inside is absolutely horrendous. the croissant tastes like the smell of a wet dog and the bag it came in was extremely wet and falling apart. that could be due to being warm, but still. the only thing I got that was right and still looks off is the Tropicana Orange Juice . seriously do not recommend getting food here."

"I love pad Thai. I've had it many places. This was the first time I had anything other than spring rolls at Cali Kitchen. It was very disappointing. The chicken looked grey, old, and dry--like it had been sitting out on the counter for six or more hours. It tasted almost as bad as it looked. The noodles also looked old to me and were also dry. The best part of this dish is the sauce. There was no sauce. It was all dry and unapetizing. I gave the chicken to my dog, and only ate the noodles. I was still hungry after eating the noodles, and for $22 I should have been able to eat on it twice. The only thing I've ever gotten and liked from this place was bubble tea and iced coffee. I will not waste my money on their food again."

I showed up and the girl asked several times for my order number and name and finally got another worker who did the same thing several times until they finally realized the slip was behind them on the counter. Then they informed me they didn't have the OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake I had ordered several hours ahead of time. No one called me to inform me or offer a substitution, thankfully I was offered one on site. First time ordering from baskin robins and this location, not sure I would order from here before calling ahead to make sure they have what I'm expecting to be paying for. We ended up with a vanilla ice cream confetti cake tha tasted okay, but I was not super impressed after everything."
