"The dish calls for broad, flat noodles and these were, by far, the broadest flat noodles I have ever eaten! Though they were huge, they were perfectly coated with all the flavor that a proper drunken noodle should have! I've had this dish from other places where portions of the noodles were somehow sauceless, and this ruins the whole experience. I'll definitely be ordering from here again and trying more of the menu!"
