They very rarely mess up a DoorDash ordee too, which is a huge plus since I can't say the same about other coffee shops in town. I just really, really wish there was an option to add a straw to my order when I order through DoorDash because I have to ask my Dasher to grab one every time - sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I have some health difficulties that make it hard to drink without a straw and I don't like having ice dumped into my mouth when sipping my drink. I highly suggest offering straws as an add-on in the online store, especially as Starbucks orders do not take special instructions. "
