"Pickup order was ready at the promised time. We really enjoyed some of the food items while others were just okay. Was disappointed that two of the eight pieces of sushi in the Sushi Regular entree were shrimp. They were super rubbery in texture and looked old. I also thought that this was pretty cheap of the restaurant to include two of these in the dinner entree. The Black Pepper Tuna Salad was excellent. It contained fresh lettuce and a plentiful portion of peppered tuna. There was no avocado included in the salad (as shown in the picture). The Spicy Maki Combo was also good. The maki rolls were a good size and tasted fresh. The Beef with Broccoli was a large portion, but average in flavor. No one liked the fried rice that came with the beef with broccoli. The Wonton in Szechuan Sauce were not what I was expecting. The wontons were drowning in a thai peanut sauce and only had a small spoonful of szechuan sauce on top. I thought that the wontons would have been coated in a generous helping of szechuan sauce with maybe a drizzle of peanut sauce. This was not the case. The wontons were way too sweet and ended up in the trash. Will consider trying Diner's Haven again at some point in the future."

Tonight, we ordered 4 bowls and I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in what we received. Three of the four bowls were a little over half full qnd 1 bowl was less than half full. While I understand there are specific portions of each ingredient that are added to the bowl, there is no way that five pieces of romaine lettuce constitute a portion based on my experience of what would normally be served at the restaurant in person. I'm not quite sure what I received, but it definitely was not falafel as ordered. The inside was chewy and more like a white paste. Be careful when ordering Cava for delivery as you are definitely not going to get what you would normally get by visiting the store. Just for reference, I did take 5 or 6 bites from what's shown in the picture but normally you wouldn't even notice I had eaten any."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru on my work break. There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. After waiting about seven minutes, I had to leave because I couldn’t waste more of my break. Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi. I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here? I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."

Would have been nice if the added bread was put in the description as I would have indicated no bread. The potatos are raw and everything, including the scrambled eggs (it was not an omelet) is coated in black pepper. I had to throw it out because it was so awful and potentially contaminated with the bread. There was also peppers and onions mixed in. That wasnt part of the order. Total disappoinment and waste of money. Also very small egg portion - maybe one egg?? "
