I am glad I had some butter with me, however, because the potato didn't seem to have any on it. Still, it was baked just right ... thoroughly baked through without being burnt or dried out. My second side was the broccoli-cheese casserole. It was packed separately and delicious. Made with rice, the casserole had a wonderful flavor. The meal was fulfilling and delicious.
