"The food was not hot when it arrived and I know it was not the drivers fault, he picked up the order almost immediately. the slaw was hot and tasted off/old. I was given multiple sauce cups that had less than a teaspoon of sauce. The fries were undercooked and soggy, whomever placed them in the bag did so upside-down. The Chicken Finger Box 20pc would've been good if hot. Not much care was given by the staff at Jack's. The quality was low. the Plain Biscuits were overdone and old. I could've used them to hammer nails into plywood. You guys have almost lost a customer. I will give another shot and if bad I won't be back. The citronelle location was a massive disappointment and I had multiple bad orders until I quit going. So if the same person owns the one in Creola you guys may want to make a change."
