The chicken enchiladas, while delicious, were a bit on the dry side, likely due to the time of day I ordered them. A quick remedy with a bit of salsa, and they were back to their delightful self. The chips served were also fantastic—crisp and perfectly seasoned. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with La Cocina, especially considering I dined there at 4 o’clock on a Monday. "Everything I've tried here was delicious. Same of my favorites are the Mixed Grill, also the Diablo Shrimp. I really loved the breakfast plate "El Guanaco", which has such an authentic touch and lots of scrumptious morsels, plus super yummy scrambled egg. Liked the tacos and pupusas as well. An awesome and generous Carne Asada was my husband's favorite. Really liked the "Fresca" drinks, especially Horchata; they can be a bit sweet, but get better when the ice-cubes melt. Loved the guacamole salad, which is a bed of lettuce with guacamole on top. With time, I hope to try everything on the menu, and drink some margaritas. "
