"The chicken is better than KFC these days. The wings are quite a bit better and more meaty than any other fast food place I've been to, even the dedicated wing places. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes are really good. Sadly (and inexplicably) you cant get Cole slaw delivered. "First and foremost, I am Thai. Secondly, I do cook quite a lot. 30+ years. The Pad Thai was was a tasty stir fried noodle but it lacked the sweet and sour component you’d get from tamarind pulp. It was more soy sauce based in terms of flavor. I literally had to add some of my homemade Pad Thai sauce to it. The curry that came with the Roti was absolutely delicious but I cannot justify paying that price for 8 oz of gravy and a small dense roti. The roti was flat and doughy like a nann and nothing like the picture, which showed a flakey and golden pastry. I ordered eight different dishes tonight just to give this place a try since I was new in the area. The general tso tofu was in a delicious sauce BUT the tofu used was firm, probably too firm for the dish, unlike the picture in the menu, which looked to be an airy puffy fried tofu. Yes, I would order from here again, but I will avoid the Pad Thai and Roti and tofu dishes. "

"I needed to have some good food for my daughter‘s baby shower and I called Morgan’s Island Grill and we talked about what I wanted. Morgan was so friendly and patient with me he made me feel like a member of his family so I knew the food would be good. On the day of the event he walked in very happy to be there and brighten up the room. Well not only was the food delicious he brought food I did not order. Every dish was chef’s kiss. People were lined up and ready to eat every last bite on their plates. People went back for seconds and were still able to take food home with them. Morgan went above and beyond serving food, joking, cleaning just a genuine nice man with a big heart that knows how to cook. I highly recommend this restaurant and catering service. "The only reason I wouldn't give the Shabu Shabu Beef Ramen a good rating is only because it is labeled on the menu as a "spicy" option. When received it was not spicy, like at all. The taste was rich and flavorful, but just not what I wanted when ordering this meal. Though for how far away it was, i'm mildly impressed that it stayed hot through the entire ride, but it did, which is something I also enjoyed! The size was good for its price and honestly I wasn't able to finish it all again. If they have any actual spicy options I would also feel inclined to order their ramen again since the quality of it wasn't bad at all. I would recommend the meal to anyone looking for a flavorful meal though!"
