The Cornicione was baked well, and held up to its toppings. the sauce wasnt too acidic nor was it slopped all over the pizza silo that the cheese slips off of the slice. The cheese was decent, had a great cheese pull, lightly salty and even across the pie. Extra cheese was ordered, it didnt appear to be very "extra." I forgot that I had ordered them before. So this time I popped them in the air fryer, so if I get them again I'll have to remember to ask for the sauce on the side.
