Not actual meat. That was fairly disappointing. Again, great flavor, but I feel like the fat was 90% of the oxtails. Pretty expensive for barely any meat. Mash potatoes were great, rice and gravy amazing. red beans and rice was mostly red beans (totally okay) great flavor. I ended up mixing the beans in with the bigger portion of rice and gravy. The bit of meat that was on the bone was so tender. Held great flavor. I know the fat helps with that, but this was an insane amount of fat. Trimming it up slightly might help. OR adding an extra oxtail"
