I'm used to this sandwich coming with a full sausage patty and slice of cheese, not a sad few cubes hidden in the egg and a few shreds of cold cheese tucked into the bottom. the whole sandwich was cold, and the driver didn't have any stops or take longer than usual to arrive so idk what exactly caused it cause that's also never been an issue before. I also decided to try their almond croissant today, and was disappointed to find no filling like in the description, just almonds.
