You would pay the same for a full meal at some of these other places that claim to be the best in town. Lastly, I think the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to Rib Shack is their catering. So, if you’re catering for a work lunch, a family gathering, or some type of church function, you’re going to get tons of food, really well prepared, warm, in nice foil pans, looking fantastic, and it’s going to cost you nowhere near what it would to get it from Famous Dave's or Dickey's or some of those other "fake" barbecue places. But that’s just my opinion, and everyone should definitely give Rib Shack a shot. "

"This used to be a great place, but seems to have gone down in quality. Today got 8 piece Signature Chicken for $18, and got 3 wings, 2 legs, and 3 thighs. While they didn't advertise which pieces, the industry standard for eight pieces of fried chicken is 2 each, breast-thigh-leg-wing. Feeding a family of four without a larger piece for each person makes this grossly overpriced IMO. Additionally, the Potato Wedges did not taste (or feel) freshly-made. I ordered to be delivered at 4pm, and hoped everything would be made fresh, but it didn't seem to be. One last thing is that they use plastic bags for delivery. so despite packing the fried chicken in boxes with vents, once they put those boxes inside a plastic bag, everything gets STEAMED, so you can’t expect any krispy or krunchy fried chicken once it’s been steamed for 20-30 minutes. Really disappointed overall, HOWEVER, their biscuits are heavenly, and they did tuck one in the box with the chicken, so that was a lovely surprise."

"I never leave reviews for anything but this place is bomb . The donut holes that come with chocolate, caramel, and raspberry sauce were soooo good I regret not getting two orders!! Food was cooked fresh as well and good portions . and the pricing was decent and probably even better prices ordering at the restaurant than on here. "

"Wish I could have reuested a medium rare burger. A bit dry. Should have requested ketchup and mustard to help. Still, a great portion for the cost and tots were still crisp on delivery. Pizza was okay. Soft crust, which was good. Followed instructions and left off the artichokes. If craving a small pizza with good ingredients with a small portion I would order again. I don't handle spices well after radiation and the dunker was a bit much for me. Probably mild for anyone else. Wish it came with more jus, but a great price for the sandwich. "
