The flavor has a hint of something different than "regular" clam chowder, but it works very well. The guacamole that came with the bacon slices is also really good with just enough heat. The bacon/pork belly slice is the equivalent of a full slice of thick cut bacon, cut in four pieces. The seasoning on the bacon slightly overpowered the flavor of the bacon, and the bacon was a bit on the chewy side, not crispy. Still very good, just not what we were expecting.
