"The reason I ordered from the store was for the spaghetti, not too many places even offer it. but when I opened the bag it was wet, like they hadn't fully drained the spaghetti before adding it. it was so wet it had leaked out into the bag and totally soaked the piece of French bread, it was like a very wet sponge. For some reason, they put paper into the container before adding the food which made it difficult to get out of the styrofoam container. The biscuits and gravy were okay, but instead of putting gravy in a separate container they went ahead and put it on the biscuits. so the leftovers were very soggy. and again because of the paper difficult to get out of the container."

"I ordered the hurts a little and maple bacon bar. My Dasher was great and was here in 12 minutes. But my donuts didn't seem fresh. I paid 35 dollars for fresh donuts and we literally had to microwave them to soften them up. The maple bacon bar tasted great but we were very unhappy that we had to microwave fresh donuts"

"I cant even begin to describe the disappointment in this meal. The steaks were overcooked, no choice of sides, the $4 salads were literally from the bottom of a mixed salad bad you can get at walmart and there were about three bites in each , and the poppers were terrible. The sides that came with the KC Strip (10oz) were not even the same as on the menu, and the sides were the only reason this particular steak was ordered. The baked potato had no sour cream, cheese, or bacon bits. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. If you're in the mood to be disappointed for spending so much money, this is your place. If not, don't bother ordering from here. "
