"I left this place alone for a year to see if anything would improve, and it has actually gotten worse in quality than before. It's too bad because I used to swear by this place as one of the better options compared to other local Pho shops, especially in terms of quantity per dollar. Now, it's just a lot of low quality product for a lot of money. I ended up tossing a good portion of what I got because it was that bad. Tendons were undercooked, broth was bland and tepid (like way colder than it would've been in the past, but I reheat it anyway), and the noodles have always been kind of poor, but this time was just sad. "This was the best pad thai I've ever had. Seriously that good, which was a bit unexpected from a pho place! Spiciness was on point as well. Only criticism would be that the description mentions cherry tomatoes in it, and what I got had big pieces of regular-sized tomato in it. Still delicious, though. "
