The Hamachi (Yellowtail) only came with two pieces and was on a bed of rice which didn't match the description which was for sashimi. The item I really took issue with was the 12. California Roll which had solid chunks of crab meat instead of the traditional crab "salad." The roll really suffered in flavor because of this. I would order from this restaurant again but will avoid the items that were not prepared as expected."

"My mom and I really love Kuro Sushi's bowls. She usually orders the Salmon Poke Bowl . I order the Tofu Poke Bowl . I'm not supposed to eat a lot of tofu and a few times I've asked them to substitute veggies, which they have so kindly done. The Tofu Poke Bowl has a really flavorful ginger sauce that goes with it. Kuro Sushi always cares about presentation. The way the ingredients are placed in their recyclable cardboard containers makes me believe there is a true artisan in the kitchen. The portions are excellent and the food is consistently delicious. The rice is a red rice and has a different flavor than white rice. I was initially surprised but have come to appreciate the flavor and recommend it. The restaurant itself is stylish, attractive, full of light, and very very clean! Enjoy Kuro Sushi!!!
