It usually cones with the small packer, but that wasn't included. I ordered buttery spread and cheddar cheese but didn't get those, either. What happened to the Chocolate Frosty? They haven't had it the past two times we've ordered. The Vanilla Frosty® is bland and tasteless. I can't imagine they've quit serving the chocolate. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie was the best part of the whole meal."
