"I don't know what happened, but the food was just ok. The tenders in the 5Pc Tenders Combo didn't have the nice crispy coating o. them. The only option for fries and drink in the combo was for the small size. You can't just get the tenders without them being in a combo. The fries were not crispy at all. In fact, they were kind of chewy. I was underwhelmed by the surf and turf. The shrimp were surprisingly small. They weren't much larger than popcorn shrimp. I don't be ordering from here again anytime soon."

But the chicken sandwich delivered to my home was a flat piece of processed chicken food, commonly found in the freezer section of any grocery store. But it's common to not get the same quality of food you would receive if you actually sit at the restaurant table, and eat there, as you get when you order takeout, and take the food home. "Usually everything is pretty good, but today was just disappointing. For starters, as soon as I received my order, I noticed my Vanilla Frosty was basically liquid. Popped it in the freezer and called Wendy's to let them know directly. Wasn't too big of a deal. But then I unwrapped the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, and it looked a little... empty. No leaf of lettuce, but a light sprinkling of shredded lettuce, which changes the flavor a lot more than you'd think. They also shorted me a whole strip of bacon (it shows to have 3 under customization options), and the 2 I did have were tiny. I've eaten here a lot over the years and I don't think I've ever seen a bacon portion so small. It barely taste like the sandwich I was expecting."
