"Love this place. I'm not big on the cream cap for fruit teas either but I just give them a quick call right before or after I order and they remove it for me. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to remove the toppings or cream cap on the app so I didn't have to call but that's minor. I try to run in to the store and order through their app when possible because they have a reward program. But the prices are so similar. That's definitely a bonus since that's usually not the case.
