#2 The food was good - I love that they label each container so there's no mix-up on a group order. (see pic) The Signature Crinkle Fries are seasoned well & ketchup seems to kick it up a notch. The Impossible™ Beast Style Combo burger had great flavor (just a tad salty) but....
#3 The Impossible Burger came with about 1/5 of the condiments that were supposed to be on there. I got the slice of cheese & 1 piece of lettuce that I paid to add-on...but there were NO pickles, mayo, ketchup or brown mustard. (see pic) It wasn't dry, but burgers definitely need some kind of sauce on them. (see pic)
A good 50% of the seasoned fries were missing. Starving here so I add another order, in addition to the combo, and figure whatever I don't eat I can toast tomorrow. I was very disappointed to open one container to see almost 1/3 of the amount of fries that should be there - they ARE $4.50 a pop - and the other was almost 1/2 full. When I combined them in one container it was a tiny bit past full. (see pic)
I read a lot of reviews online and saw that flavor-wise, the company has bad reviews, in addition to high prices. I have insomnia & starving since it's been 15 hours since I last ate (it was just soup, so not any kind of filling) and this was one of very few still open at 2:30a.
IMO if the sandwich was prepared right and the order of (2) fries was actually fulfilled, I'd love it! Just not sure if I'm willing to try again due to the high cost unless they have more coupons/promos."
