"I love you guys but I have to say you've got to do somethings about that sticker that you stick onto the TO GO caps. Not only is it inconvenient because the straw is flat on both sides but the sticker itself is ALSO not designed for easy tearing. So what happens is the customer tries to jam a straw through the said hole and the cap bends instead, pops off and creates a mess (in the car. ) Now we try to PEEL the sticker off so we can try to use the straw again but the sticker top rips off leaving just the bottom white sticky part. we continue to use our nails to try and scrcatch off that white sticky residue but now the cap is bent and ruined. its almost as if this was purposely designed NOT foe the customer to have that to go experience. we pulled over, poured it in a thermost and chucked all the garage out.
