The whipped cream on the outside is airy and not very sweet (compliment), the cake is light and soft, the raspberry cream inside the roll adds a gentle tart kick that is delicate enough to not overpower the rest of the components but is just enough to add that much needed oomph. The cake itself is fairly large but because of the lightness of it, you might need more to satisfy someone with a crazy sweet tooth. "Just Egg Wrap. Hash Brown. Coffe Cake Muffin. Wow. Delicious. Love this restaurant. Love that it is all vegan too - no need to worry if something is really prepared vegan or not. The Just Egg Wrap filling is amazing. I prefer toast with my breakfast and toast is great with the filling so I scoopout the filling and have nice crispy toast with it instead of the wrap. (would be great of they had the Special Requests Page available like some of the other restaurants so I could request to leave off the flatbread, the filling just be as a breakfast scramble, easier than the time involved opening and scooping. The Hash browns are nice enough. The Carrot Cake Muffin is the best muffin I've ever had (other than mom's baking). They are timely enough with preparation and delivery and take care with packaging it. Will keep on ordering from this restaurant and truly do appreciate such a restaurant! Highly recommended. Hope more all vegan restaurants show up, with truly delicious food and care of service. Thank you! "
