"I came in with mid expectations. I didn't think poorly or highly yet. after trying it I can give it a solid 3. preferably 3.5. The issue why it wasn't a solid 4 or 5 is because the salsa was bland. however, the Mozzarella Sticks were crisp upon arrival, the cheese inside wasn't exactly melted but I will say paired with the marinara sauce it was nice. the Chips & Dip.. chips were nice and excellent. I enjoyed them, the issue was the salsa. the salsa itself was bland, with a hint of spice. it sort of tasted like water instead of salsa, it wasn't terrible but you could hardly taste it.
now for the main dish. Carlo's Nachos , I ordered with Pico de Gallo, no shrimp. it arrived, chips were sort of soggy but it's to be expected, the chicken was excellent on it, the steak was excellent on it. the queso was perfect in my eyes. I did have to eat it with a fork but if I had to say it's a decent bit of nachos. the star of the dish was definitely the steak and chicken, perfectly seasoned. 3.5"
