"I can honestly say this place was great . When I seen Rosenberg originally I was skeptical because everything I've gotten out of Rosenberg has been absolutely terrible. But when I seen that this place was a FOOD TRUCK... I was like oh no way they'll let me down because food trucks have the best food . I ordered a Suicide Shrimp Box (Mild), Grilled Shrimp Pasta and boundin Boudin Balls (4). The best part of the entire thing was the boundin balls , next time I order it'll be an entire order just for these because they were absolutely ON POINT. The shrimp box was great, the portion size was great , it was very tasty and flavorful but you could tell they don't overly salt the food which is great because too much seasoning is a no no. The blackened shrimp in the pasta was great however the pasta wasn't my favorite , the sauce was ok but I definitely wouldn't get it again. The freshness of the food was amazing it was very filling and I had it later as seconds so I was happy with my purchase . The shrimp plate didn't taste like an avergar shrimp plate , it wasn't completely out of the world but I loved it because again , the salt ratio was perfect , it was filled with, the corn and potatoes had a unique bland taste to them but I liked it . I definitely will be back !"

"Always delicious and never fails! I have had the salmon at least three times and the fried Alabama catfish is amazing! My favorite snack is the crab tower, gumbo has too much sausage for me, but everything else is AMAZING!!! A definite must do for a good healthy and delicious meal!"

"You would think that a combo of 3 items and 2 sides for almost $30 would be a decent amount of food right? Wrong. I received 1 piece of catfish, 2 hush puppies, 3 fried oysters that were smaller than a quarter, and maybe half a handful of fries. The catfish had 0 seasoning to speak of, pretty much had to drench it in cocktail sauce to mask the combo of bland breading and smelly catfish (when fresh there's no smell). The oysters were soggy, the hush puppies and fries had no seasonings as well. The red beans and rice were passable only due to the butter on the rice and the slightly over cooked sausage in the beans. Best part was the peach tea. "

After spending over $387.00 for the meal I expected my request would be verified but instead of giving me what I requested, I was sent a container of dirty rice which I ask for. I also paid for unbaked loaves of bread and didn't receive those either. Additionally the Pasta Mardi Gras doesn't have sufficient sauce which is why I order more of whether I'm dining in the restaurant or eating at home. I have patronized Pappadeaux's since it opened here in Houston and I can honestly say that the quality of service has not improved along with the price of the food!"

The Tum Plara crunchiness of the papaya was on point not sweet. But the curry really killed my appetite. I never had bad experience with curry before. I ate so many Thai, Laos & ESarn food before so I do know how it should taste. As in the 5th picture the food arrived last picture barely ate my food. Would I come here or order again.? NO!!!
