"It just wasn't for me. It was definitely smoked, because I could see the smoke ring. But it had the texture of what made me think of something like boiled meat that had dried out in the smoker. It was in chunks, which doesn't work that well in a sandwich. It might have been easier to eat if the bun wasn't split all the way though. The beans had good flavor. The only problem with that is that it was mostly sauce. Otherwise, it would have been a good portion."
