The NYC Chopped Cheese was really greasy (had to split it with my husband since my cheeseburger was missing). The bun was so soggy at the bottom. Ranch dipping sauce which I paid extra for tasted like old mayo. The sampler was okay but seems pricey for what you get, 2 chicken fingers, 2 small mozzarella sticks, and a handful of fries.
