"Was hesitant to try based on mixed reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. This was my first time trying Cupbop. I ordered right when they opened, so that may make a difference? But my bowl was filled to the brim. Noodles and sauce were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the rice, but there wasn't much in there so I wasn't too offended. Ordered a level 6 spice and it was perfect heat for me. I will say you don't get a ton of meat, but I still found it to be pretty filling and will have leftovers for tomorrow. I had it with the Yogur de Savila drink, which was a nice sweet aloe yogurt drink, it complemented the spice well. The kimchi was pretty good and I dumped it onto my bowl. Would order again sometime"

"We keep ordering. I keep hoping. Today, we got two forks and two napkins for three entrees and an appetizer. We got two tiny pieces of bread for 4 people, which is an improvement! They usually send none, even when I call and request it. Even when I pay for an item like a drink and send a note or call to say that I don't want the drink, I want to pay for bread. The pasta salad that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember is now ordered "by the item" so all of the vegetables that are listed in the description of the item are charged separately. If you get everything you are supposed to get, it takes a $12 item to over $20. I've shared this with the restaurant multiple times. Food is good, as we expect. The lack of concern over smaller details has been a problem for a while."

"It was good! The flavors were great but the spice levels were lower than you'd think. I got mild, but it tasted like a normal chicken sandwich. If you want a little spice then I recommend getting higher than mild! The house sauce was a nice sweet and spicy sauce, I liked it! The fries tasted great too, they were just a little on the harder side. The flavored lemonades were a little sharp, a bit too sweet for my liking but it was a nice contrast to the spice in the food."

The only redeeming quality was that the fries were still crunchy and the sauce is good (albeit on the sweet side) but I don't know that I like my fries sweet (except for sweet potato fries). "Kabob platter had tasty lemon rice and good season potatoes. Chicken was tender as flavoful . The Lamb Gyro Platter had choice of a side and I went with the excellent side salad. Had plenty of feta, tomatoes and cucumbers. The Lamb meat was over cooked and had crunchy tips but was tasty. "
