One of the 2 issues I had was that there weren't any other toppings on the tacos.
Just meat and one corn tortilla. The other issue is that should use 2 tortillas per taco so that they hold together better. At over $5 per taco, I think that they can afford to use 2 tortillas per taco.
I just ended up eating the meat out of the tinfoil because the tortilla fell apart as soon as I picked it up.
The only thing I asked them not to put on the tacos was cheese, but I wanted all of the rest of the toppings that go on them, including the salsa.
So I'm not sure where the wires got crossed on that, but I'm willing to give them another try because the meat was pretty good. I'm curious to see what their tacos taste like with all of the toppings on them."

"This place is our FAVORITE!! Hands down, the best tacos. The quality of their food is always excellent. Everything is super fresh, the portions are generous, and they have lots of choices. Our regular orders include their shrimp, al pastor and chicken tacos, their chili and cheese tamales (they come with a yummy flavored crema and a bit of pork chili verde), and their incredible queso and fresh guacamole. Another go-to is their salad, especially with salmon. It's perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the salad has a ton of yummy ingredients. And if that wasn't enough - their variety of salsas are delicious. The Real Salsa could be out in a big gulp cup and drank through a straw, it's so damn good. And the roja salsa?? It's ridiculously good! First of all, it's actually spicey (and this is people who order five stars at Thai and Indian restaurants) aaaaand the flavor is amazing!! Usually you get spice or flavor, but this salsa has both. We buy it buy the jar and put it on eggs, potatoes, chicken, vegetables - you name it, it goes on almost everything in this house. "Portions are big and flavors are delicious! We love the Mole (sweet & spicy) and Enchiladas (sweet & spicy) sauce. You can't go wrong with black or pinto beans.
Not sure if it would be more cost efficient and/or environmentally friendly to wrap the to-go boxes in plastic wrap instead of placing it in a paper bag, but it would be great if they could figure out a way to package it to avoid contents spilling out as soon as you open the bag.
