Unfortunately, today I had to settle for takeaway due to a sports injury, and while the convenience of eating at home isn’t bad, it just doesn’t compare to the full dining experience. The Massaman beef with coconut rice and roti was nothing short of phenomenal. The beef was so tender, soaked in a rich, fragrant curry that had just the right amount of spice. The coconut rice was perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the roti, which was warm and soft—just how it should be. Even in takeaway form, everything arrived fresh and hot, and the portions were generous—just like when dining in. You can tell they don’t cut corners, no matter the setup. It’s a place where the passion for food really shines through. While it’s not quite the same as enjoying a meal in-house, it still hit all the right notes.
