The gumbo is true dark rue gumbo and is delicious. Mine had very little rice, however. I would have liked more. They serve butter with the hushpuppies, which is the proper way to serve them, and I am now convinced that waffle fries are the best for cheese fries, after the Small Waffle Cheese Fries. The toppings were a little light, but I have come to expect that from restaurants lately. The Beignet Bites were simple and delicious with ample powdered sugar. I will be visiting this place in person and recommend you give it a try!"
