Suggestion - add a special spice from a certain part of the world, not just black pepper (to have a certain flavour/colour which is uniquely your own), and 3-4 more cheeses in your Beschamel sauce; they don't need to be strong, mild white cheeses would work. Thicken the sauce (with cheese) or change the noodles to help hold the sauce to the noodles better. Cheese - non existent, except for the sprinkle of mild marble on top of the noodles with the lobster pieces. Lobster - small salted pieces, but filled with flavour. I did taste a hint of lobster broth in the white sauce, but I think you can do better with it. Either add more in the sauce, or boil your noodles in them, because that hint of broth will be the selling point on that meal that will keep customers coming for more. Good ideas, horrendous execution, but oh so much room for the potential of greatness that can reach Swiss Chalet heights. You are not worth the money right now.
