If I could make it different I would definitely make the broth flavor stronger, possibly with stronger extract from the beef bones for a more meaty flavor or more spices for a more spicy flavor. The meat had like a brown tint. I like this place. They have really good food normally but I had a very unpleasant experience with my last order. Did not like it at all. I didn't even finish it. I ate the egg rolls. It's kinda hard to mess that up but the pho I took three bites of it and I was grossed out. I don't know what was going on that day, but they need to figure it out.
