I really love this local treasure. The only feedback I can give for improvement is to add extra egg in the order menu under chasu for the ramen."

The yum yum sauce seemed a little watered down, but still alright. Now for the proteins. "They" (whether Door Dash or Shogun) offered an option on how I liked my steak. I picked "Blue Rare" but unfortunately, I received a well-done filet mignon with a little bit of pink, not enough to say medium-well, and after giving it a few chance bites, I found myself tired of chewing. The meat had an off taste, and now I wonder if it was old meat as well though I can't be sure. The shrimp was also overcooked & chewy. However, the scallops were tender, and with enough yum yum sauce, was delicious. I hope others have a better experience than I, though I would be reluctant to order again."

The nearly $4 dollar Cajeta Churro was cold greasy and tasted like it was made yesterday and microwaved to reheat, zero flavor. The only items edible and were warm and had a good flavor were the Charo bean soup and the rice."
