"Wow! Let me tell you. I recently moved to the area and have tried 7 other sushi places. My favorite roll is a simple 20. Spicy Salmon Roll. All 7 places (I will not name) put crunch or (tempura pieces) in the roll which ruins it completely. This place, was perect. No crunch whatsoever and the salmon inside was so thick and fresh. I knew from one bite this is my go to place and probably the best sushi place in SJ. I also ordered the Lynn Roll which was out of this world! Cant say enough good things about this place. The negatives. If you ever needed a visual representation of "shrinkflation" this meal would be it. Cheesecake Factory REALLY thinks we don't notice how small the chicken strips are getting. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.
