"Saddened by the change in quality of the food and increased prices. We ordered The Chain Saw, the BLT, and an order of Jumbo Onion Rings. There were 8 Jumbo Onion Rings for $14 and 6 could arguably be jumbo. The other 2 were broken bits of someone else's Jumbo Onion Rings. At least those tasted good. The Chain Saw was the only decent thing in the order. The BLT was awful. It was burnt on the outside. The bacon was cold and mostly undercooked even though the description was “crispy bacon”. The lettuce was soggy and slimy. It wasnt edible. I requested avocado. I was charged 2.02 x2 so 4.04 for 2 itty bitty slices of avocado (see photo, one slice/spear) on each half of the sandwich.Lumberjacks used to be known for their portions. Someone had a hayday with the mayo. Perhaps the thought was enough mayo and you won't be able to taste the rest of the sandwich. It was just awful. $63.50 for 2 sandwiches (one barely edible) and basically a 1/2 order of Jumbo Onion Rings is insane. I will miss the awesome sandwiches of yesteryear and the breakfasts they used to have. I really would go elsewhere. "

"This was my first time ordering from Big Boi. I very much wanted to like the food. When the food arrived, I was hopeful, because the food looked amazing. A+++ for presentation. It was one of the best I have seen! Sadly, it was not one of the best I have eaten. The salad looked very nice. However, the cucumbers were limp, the tomatoes were chopped, overripe, and soggy, and the lettuce not fresh and tasted bitter. Also, the onions were so strong that the entire salad tasted like onion. They did provide three little containers of dressing, which was nice. The Dessert Sampler looked fantastic! I had chosen the fried Oreos, the brownie, and the chocolate fudge. The fried Oreos were good, but the powdered sugar was too sparse (so they mostly tasted like oil), the brownie was dry, and was burnt black on the bottom. Plus, the menu described the brownies as "homemade," but they tasted like brownies from a box. The fudge looked yummy, and the amount was generous. Unfortunately, the fudge was cloyingly sweet and tasted little of chocolate. The Oreo Shake had a nice flavor, but was melted and watery. The Diet Coke bottle was nice and cold. However, the bottle had been previously opened. Because of that, I was afraid to drink it. It's not clear if that happened at the restaurant or if it was done by the dasher.
